Matthew Fox is the Director of Registration at Meeting Management Services, where he oversees dozens of registration programs each year. Mr. Fox currently serves as the Chair of the Education and Programs committee for the Association of Meeting Professionals, and recently received the associations 2022-15 Outstanding Meeting Professional of the Year award. He is also an active committee member of the Government Relations and Advocacy Task Force for the Capital Chapter of the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA). Matthew has shared his knowledge on why registration should be one of the first steps when organising an event, why the first impression is important, how details from the registration can help you shape the program of the event and about emergency procedures.
