James Morgan PhD CSEP has been marketing and producing events since 1989. He is the Founder of Event Tech Lab, a partnership community for event technology start-ups, developers, event professionals and investors. He is also the Chair of the International Special Events Society for the EMEA region and a Senior Lecturer in Tourism and Events at the University of Westminster, London. James has shared his knowledge on how technology impacts social behaviour and difference between hard/software technology and how they can change behaviour.
