Aubri Nowowiejski is the CEO, Founder and Board Director for the Student Event Planners Association (SEPA). SEPA is a professional organization that caters to millennials in the event planning and hospitality industry. Aubri has held over six executive officer positions, six presidential positions, founded three organizations, and has been a member of countless other professional associations. She was the recipient of four academic scholarships and was recently featured in the Special Events Magazine as one of the “25 Young Event Pros to Watch.”​ Aubri has shared her knowledge on how to bridge the gap between generations, why we should focus on the strengths, baby boomers, generation x and millenials characteristics and how to start the conversation between generations.
