Maureen is the creative director at Me&Maureen Experience Design in the Netherlands. She works as an event director, writer, speech coach an storyteller in the realm of theatre production and event design. Ten years ago, she started making productions for companies that were looking for new ways to tell a story at gatherings, meetings and events. Maureen worked on many internal business events, leading to transformation by making use of theatrical concepts. She is the winner of several creativity awards (BEA and EUBEA 2022) and keeps transforming her work. Clients she works for are Eurapco (Zurich), Big Green Egg Europe and Heineken International. She often works in a network of creatives or closely together with event agencies, look for a creative input. Maureen has shared her knowledge on how to use her theatre background when organizing an event, emotions, content VS feelings and using emotions as a starting point when organizing events.
